The Consistent Exclusions
Washington State treats the model as unlawful and no serious club accepts members there. Idaho is excluded almost everywhere as policy. Michigan is mixed, with some clubs withdrawing after regulator attention while others still accept members. Nevada is patchy because operators avoid friction with the licensed casino industry.
Everywhere Else
The model runs. Minimum age is 18 in most states and 21 in some, and a few clubs apply 21 nationwide. Redemption is the sharper limit: the payment processor, not the club, often decides whether your state can receive a payout.
